The beans are washed, put in water and left to soak overnight. The next day, drain the water in which it was placed and fill the pot with hot water. Put it on the fire and let it boil. Drain the water and replace with another, hot, three times (that's how I do it). When the beans have softened a little, add the diced carrots and bell peppers, dried onions and finely chopped green onions and a pinch of salt. Let it boil.

Meanwhile, cut the sausages into rounds and "pull" them a little in the pan in hot oil. After the beans have boiled enough (about an hour and a half) and the water has decreased, add the sausages with the oil in which they were fried, the broth, the finely chopped dill, the spices to taste and bake for another 15 minutes. .

After stopping the fire, sprinkle a little powder of thyme and finely chopped parsley on top.

Be careful when boiling the beans, change the water at least once during boiling, and add 1 teaspoon of salt to the last water. Also when changing the water, put boiling or hot water, not cold water.

If you want you can boil the beans very well in a pressure cooker with a few bay leaves and a whole onion.
