Pork chops from Transylvania

500 g pork legs
1 kg head of pork
250 g pork

The heads and legs are cut into pieces, washed and scalded. The garlic is ground and a little water is added. The pork head, legs and pork are boiled in cold salted water.

The meat is frothed and boiled over a moderate heat, until the meat comes off the bones. The meat, cleaned from the bones (head and legs), is put in portions, in plates or forms.
